Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using School ERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

School ERP is a cloud-based school management platform that provides tools for managing students, staff, attendance, fees, exams, timetables, and reports.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during signup.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must verify your email address before using the Service.
• One account per school is allowed.

4. Free Trial

New schools receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

5. Subscription & Payment

• Plans are billed on a monthly basis as per our Pricing page.
• Payments are accepted via Cash, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Cheque.
• Services will be suspended if payment is not received on time.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the platform.
• Share your account with other schools.
• Upload malicious content or spam.
• Resell the Service without written permission.

7. Data Ownership

All data you add (students, staff, fees, etc.) belongs to your school. We only store and process it to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

School ERP is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
